4. How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without authorization. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, style, or variation, please contact us first. If eligible, you may return the original item under this policy and place a new order separately.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where available.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy depending on the situation and applicable law.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After approval, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
